**Alternate idea** Instead of making dips, make salsa in the manual food processor!  That way it is still a Chip and dip show, the dip is just salsa instead (then your ingredients would include what they needed to make the salsa instead of the dips).  The "Salsa your way" show document has some great ideas on how to do this show!

Hot Artichoke Dip

2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped

1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

¾ cup grated, fresh parmesan cheese

1 garlic clove, pressed

Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato Dip

This appetizer spin-off of the beloved BLT sandwich will be as popular as the original.

Prep time: 15 minutes Chill time: 3 hours
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch salad dressing
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced (about ¾ cup)
6 bacon slices, crisply cooked, drained and chopped
½ cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon sugar
Lettuce leaves

Touchdown Taco Dip

1 can (9 ounces) bean dip

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix

1 garlic clove, pressed

¼ cup (1 ounce) shredded cheddar cheese

½ medium tomato, seeded and diced (about 1/2 cup)

2 green onions with tops, thinly sliced

¼ cup pitted ripe olives, sliced

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

Additional sour cream (optional)
